- Use short statements, starting with ACTION VERBS
- Use bullet points (NB: remember point above)
Be IMPACTFUL
- Get rid of boring duties and responsibilities
- Get rid of wishy-washy words and generic statements
- Replace with impactful statements
- Highlight achievements throughout your CV, even “Additional Information”
- Don’t be a zebra, be a unicorn!!
Be RELEVANT
- You have got to be ruthless!!!!!
- If it’s not relevant, bin it!!
- Bin irrelevant content, qualifications, or training
Be CREATIVE
- Sometimes you’ve got to break the rules to have a chance
- Do what it takes to give yourself the best chance
