Preparing for Capability-Based Interviews
- Review relevant documents e.g., Capability Framework and Information Booklet
2. Familiarise yourself with your career, experience, education and achievements
3. Select experiences and achievements best suited to demonstrate each capability
4. Identify and practice specific examples
5. Consider your skills, strengths and knowledge, relevant to each area
6. Consider values/motivation that underpin your approach and drive you to perform
7. Reflect on interests and things you feel most excited about at work
8. Where you have limited direct experience, reflect on transferable skills
